Operations Manager  

We are seeking an Operations Manager to foster a positive and collaborative work environment through effective systems and administration. This role oversees critical organizational systems, human resources (HR), and financial administration to ensure efficiency, security, and compliance. Key responsibilities include managing IT systems, office inventory, meeting logistics, hiring and onboarding processes, HR procedures, budget tracking, and invoice management. The Operations Manager also facilitates internal and external communications, updates the website, and coordinates event logistics to support staff, the Board, and community engagement. This staff member will work with our fiscal sponsor, The Barton Institute, which provides general HR and financial administration support to our organization. The ideal candidate will use strategic and creative thinking to improve existing processes, implement new systems, and advance organizational initiatives. Strong organizational, critical thinking, technical, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
